Designed as a serene retreat, The Champagne Bar invites guests to indulge in the sparkle of Moët & Chandon by the glass, alongside a curated selection of classic cocktails and refreshing spritz drinks. Complementing the drinks menu, guests can enjoy a range of artfully crafted small bites, creating the perfect pairing for an afternoon or evening of indulgence.

For those seeking a truly memorable experience, the hotel’s much-loved Afternoon Tea will now be served daily from 12pm – 5pm in the tranquil surroundings of The Scotsman’s Secret Garden. As day turns to evening, the Champagne Bar transforms, offering Scottish Tapas Evenings from 5pm – 10pm, inviting guests to relax and savour refined flavours in an atmosphere of quiet sophistication.
