Scotsman Hospitality is delighted to announce the appointment of Victoria Copley as its new Director of Food, bringing a wealth of culinary expertise, operational leadership, and a proven record of innovation across the hospitality sector.
Victoria has built an impressive career spanning roles with some of the UK’s most respected chefs and hospitality brands. From her early training with brands like Harvey Nichols and Marco Pierre White, to extensive work on television, books and festivals alongside names including Raymond Blanc, The Hairy Bikers, James Martin, and Jamie Oliver; Victoria has become a recognised culinary leader with extensive experience in menu innovation, food sustainability, and operational excellence. Her diverse background also includes senior roles with BaxterStorey and Homegrown Hospitality alongside running her own successful private dining company.
In her remit at Scotsman Hospitality, Victoria will oversee the food strategy across the group’s diverse portfolio, focusing on innovation and championing guest experience.
