Ketchup Burgers, originally from the West End of Glasgow, launched this month in Edinburgh City Centre and St Andrew’s.
The brand, famous for their ‘sauce first’ approach, lets the customer pick one of their drooling dipping sauces with every burger. Sauces include Sriracha Hot Honey, Pineapple and Beetroot, Smoky BBQ, Katsu, Ranch and Classic House Ketchup.
Hugely popular since their launch in 2008, The Ketchup Burger is a glorious 60/40 recipe of Beef Chuck and Beef Brisket, with options including Classic Cheese, Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork, Crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Buttermilk Marinated Halloumi.
For those wanting add ons or hearty sides, pick from Chipotle Beef Brisket Chilli Cheese Fries, Cauli Wings, Crispy Onion Wings, Additional Smashed Patties and More.
Feeling adventurous – they offer a Fries and Vanilla Shake Dip combo for those who love the sweet and salty pairing!
Edinburgh foodies can get their Ketchup fix from a number of venues throughout the city, as Ketchup Burgers will be sold from the Three Sisters Food Truck, at The Golf Tavern in Bruntsfield, available for takeaway for Golfers on the Links, and available on Deliveroo and Uber Eats. For St Andrew’s students and locals, Ketchup is available for dine in and collection at The Vic, as well as for delivery on Just Eat.
